As a Personal Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and responsibilities. Your duties will include:
- Working closely with the employer in their home while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Managing calendars, schedules, and appointments with precision.
- Handling vendor communications and coordinating services as needed.
- Collaborating with a California-based team to support the employer’s needs.
- Performing general administrative tasks, including computer work, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and more.
- Juggling multiple tasks and priorities efficiently to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a personal assistant.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer applications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
