2026 FALL SEASON PRESCHOOL SOCCER COACH (5-20 HRS PER WEEK IN SEASON) - Paid training will start immediately after hire. WHO IS SOCCER SHOTS? We are the leader in youth soccer development! Our internationally recognized program offers a high-energy, fun, age-appropriate introduction to youth sports for children ages 18-months to 8 years old. THE JOB: Looking for part-time work where you can make a positive impact in your community? Become a Soccer Shots Coach! We are seeking dependable coaches to lead 30-minute to 1-hour-long sessions. These sessions take place at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. Coaches will be asked to travel within a 30–45 minute radius for coaching assignments. You’ll laugh, you’ll break a sweat, and you’ll go home knowing that you made a difference. Coaching children will be one of the most rewarding jobs you'll ever do! REQUIREMENTS: Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and fitness!
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle that is insured
- Prior soccer experience is not required; experience working with children ages 18-months to 8 years old is preferred
- Weekday mornings: 8:30 AM – 1 PM
- Weekday afternoons: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- Weekday evenings: 4:30 PM – 7 PM
- Weekend mornings: 8:30 AM – 1 PM
- Compensation:
- Weekday - $20/hr, Weekend - $25/hr
- Bonus Opportunities each season (4x per year)
- Hours of Operation:
- Monday-Friday: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm
- Saturday-Sunday: 8:30 am – 1 pm
