Production Assembler- 2nd Shift

Job Description Compensation: $22 an hour plus $1.00/hr. shift differential. Schedule: Start time 4pm, Monday through Friday (overtime required). MITER Brands (also known as Milgard, MI Windows & Doors, and PGT Innovations) is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country. Responsibilities Required to be able to handle glass. Support product build and assembly processes with accuracy and efficiency using standard work instructions. Focus on the quality and timely delivery of completed tasks to achieve customer satisfaction. Demonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in all business interactions. Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment. Qualifications One year of similar work experience (Assembly, Manufacturing, and/or Warehouse). Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure. Experience with hand and power tools. Compute basic math problems (including fractions, addition, and subtraction). Ability to Lift Ability to lift 50 pounds.
