Shift Manager

The franchisee is the employer for this position. Employment responsibilities and decisions are handled by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. Responsibilities Manage shifts every week to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transitions. Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments achieve goals. Key Duties Food safety Internal communication Inventory management Daily maintenance and cleanliness Managing crew Quality food production Exceptional customer service Safety and security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate‑owned and operated restaurants. Passion to work in a fast‑paced environment.
