Every-other-weekend requirement (Saturday/Sunday for day shift; option to work a 2-weekend + 1-weekday schedule). No call/standby required.\n Floating Protocol: May float to other General Medical units. Infrequently may float as a patient sitter or as a "help-all" nurse to the ED or ICU.\n Local Candidate Rate Tier: Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a $25.00/hr bill rate reduction.\n \n Non-Billable Orientation: 12 non-billable orientation hours (3 days with a preceptor).\n \n \n Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]\n \n Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 1+ years of recent clinical RN experience in a Med/Surg or General Medicine setting [HARDSTOP]. (Nephrology or Urology experience preferred).\n State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Illinois State RN License (or official proof that the IL licensure application process has been initiated) [HARDSTOP].\n National Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].\n EMR Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical documentation experience in Epic EMR strictly required [HARDSTOP].\n Submission Candidate Profile Requirements [HARDSTOP]: Last 4 digits of SSN, Middle Initial, Requested Time Off (RTO), and acknowledgment of OSF Drug-Free Campus policy (negative drug screen) required at submittal [HARDSTOP].\n Dress Code Compliance: Any color scrubs allowed. Artificial/gel nails and chipped polish strictly prohibited.
