Supervisor, Telehealth Technology Coordinators

MedStar Health is seeking a Supervisor, Telehealth Technology Coordinators to support and advance telehealth services across our regional hospitals.

In this dynamic leadership role, you'll oversee a team of Telehealth Technology Coordinators, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with hospital and clinical leaders to enhance the patient experience through innovative virtual care solutions. You'll play a key role in supporting telehealth initiatives such as virtual consultations, remote rounding, family video visits, remote patient monitoring, and other emerging technologies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Telehealth Technology Coordinators across multiple hospital locations.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to optimize workflows and improve patient and provider experiences.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Serve as a telehealth subject matter expert, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and education to stakeholders.
• Support strategic growth initiatives that expand access to innovative virtual care solutions.

Minimal Qualifications:

• Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree is preferred).
• 3+ years experience in a clinical and/or customer service setting is required. (One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.)
• Prior supervisory experience and experience with EHR systems is preferred.

This position has a hiring range of USD $28.76 - USD $48.96 /Hr.
