Director of Demand Generation

Owning the inbound pipeline end-to-end, the full-time remote Director of Demand Generation will manage a significant digital marketing budget and drive demand generation strategies across SEO, content, and paid channels to significantly increase MQLs and search visibility. Key responsibilities Oversee all demand generation activities, driving over 40% of net-new pipeline and achieving 3x inbound MQLs within six months Manage a substantial annual digital marketing budget, optimizing campaigns for maximum efficiency and impact Develop and implement an AI-driven content engine, enhancing programmatic SEO and automated content production Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with at least 3 years in a Director or Head role Proficiency in coding or AI scripting to address marketing challenges, including languages like Python and JavaScript Demonstrated success in driving 5x+ organic traffic growth or equivalent paid efficiency gains in a B2B SaaS context Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, GA4, SEMrush, and others relevant to demand generation Experience in vertical SaaS industries, such as field service or logistics, is strongly preferred
