Project Manager AssistantSERVPRO is looking for a highly organized, motivated Project Manager Assistant (PMA) to support our Reconstruction Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, communicating with customers, working with subcontractors, and helping keep construction jobs running smoothly. You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers on residential and commercial reconstruction projects following fire, water, and mold losses.ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers with daily job coordinationSchedule subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveriesCommunicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and vendorsOrder and track building materialsMaintain job documentation, photos, and project notesUpdate project management software and job filesHelp monitor budgets, timelines, and job progressPerform occasional job site visitsAssist with estimating and change orders (training provided)Ensure projects stay organized from start to finishQualifications PreferredConstruction or restoration experienceCustomer service experienceAdministrative or project coordination experienceExperience with Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceAbility to learn construction software quicklyRequiredExcellent communication skillsStrong organization and attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license with clean driving recordProfessional appearance and attitudeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. when neededWe Are Looking For Someone Who IsSelf-motivatedDependableHonestTeam-orientedCalm under pressureA problem solverWilling to learnComfortable taking ownership of responsibilitiesWhat You'll LearnThis is more than an assistant position.
