Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks undergraduate engineering students for a cooperative education program in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The role involves supporting manufacturing operations and contributing to projects introducing new technologies or capabilities to the site.
Responsibilities
- Participate in project teams implementing new technology or capabilities at the site
- Support day-to-day manufacturing operations
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and drive results within assigned teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Undergraduate student pursuing Bachelor's in Chemical, Mechanical, or Biomedical engineering
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2029
- Proven leadership experience through organizations, athletics, community service, or military service
- Ability to work onsite and be geographically flexible for co-op and future placements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Compensation: $21.00–$22.00 per hour
