We’re hiring our first Growth Strategist to own this critical function. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to our customers’ marketing teams—learning their goals, embedding in their workflows, and teaching them how to get the most out of Flint. You’ll report to the CEO and work closely with our Solutions Engineer to: Map their growth priorities Translate those into actionable Flint use cases Expand Flint into new teams and workflows You are not just supporting customers, you’re a strategic business partner , trusted advisor, and internal product voice. You’ll manage the customer relationship from sign‑up through expansion: onboarding, monitoring customer health, reaching out to at‑risk accounts, driving new use cases, and developing case studies. Success in this role is measured by customers activating, staying, expanding, and referring us to others. The ideal scenario is when customers call you before making any major marketing decision. You’ll be responsible for both small self‑serve and mid‑market accounts. We’re seeking a high‑care, fast‑moving individual energized by long‑term relationships and deeply engaged in helping customers grow. Key Responsibilities: Build systems for customer health assessment : analyzing behavior, feature adoption, and marketing performance to surface risks and flag at‑risk accounts early. Develop targeted intervention plans. Collaborate weekly with the engineering team, sharing customer feedback about onboarding issues and product areas that cause challenges. Onboard with velocity & vision: Guide customers to their first “aha” moment in Flint, ensuring fast time‑to‑value while positioning Flint as a long‑term strategic lever. Be a growth partner: Act as an extension of our customers’ Marketing teams by co‑creating new plays, uncovering fresh use cases, and helping them stay ahead of their competitors. Drive ongoing adoption & expansion: Continuously identify opportunities for Flint across sales, revops, marketing, and CX, expanding Flint’s footprint within the org. Shape renewal outcomes: By driving outsized value, ensure every customer sees Flint as indispensable, leading to strong renewals and multi‑team expansions. Influence our roadmap: Synthesize patterns from enterprise accounts and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to bring customer‑driven innovation to Flint. Build new programs from scratch: Design scalable frameworks, playbooks, and initiatives for future Enterprise customers. Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of customer‑facing experience, ideally in an agency setting close to marketing AI fluency Motivation to learn marketing (CMS, SEO, landing pages, lifecycle email, the whole stack.
