Leasing Agent I/COS (Los Robles-1336)

Location: Los Robles Apartments, Union City, CA 94587, USA. Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour. Job Description This is a full‑time Leasing Agent I / COS position for a 140‑unit affordable family housing community in Union City, CA. The property is a HUD property. The candidate will be responsible for marketing, leasing, and resident relations services. The position requires working every Thursday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing the marketing plan and creating advertisements. Conduct property tours and show model unit. Log all traffic, complete follow‑up, process rental applications, and prepare leases. Collect deposits and conduct unit inspections. Conduct market survey of competition. Participate in property inspections, move‑in/move‑out procedures, and aid residents with the move‑out process. Participate in re‑certification process. Qualifications 1+ year of related apartment leasing experience / COS experience. MS Office knowledge and intermediate skills. Knowledge of affordable housing and tax credit/Section 8 programs.
