Work Environment

This remote position allows for flexibility in work schedules, enabling you to meet the needs of your clients effectively, including some evening and weekend hours as required. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments of clients to understand their mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available resources.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of clients.
  • Implement therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care to support healing and resilience.
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and strategies for intervention.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care approaches.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services to ensure client safety and well-being at all times.
  • Maintain comprehensive, confidential, and timely documentation in accordance with all ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
  • Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to foster community and shared understanding among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will assist in providing supportive care to those in hospice settings, ensuring that emotional, psychological, and social needs are met compassionately and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution with a strong grounding in mental health practices.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a solid grasp of treatment approaches relevant to hospice care.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working specifically with hospice or palliative care clients will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, accompanied by a sign-on bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
