Desktop Support Technician

Onsite in Pensacola, FL

Long Term Contract

Required Qualifications

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with hardware and equipment setup, maintenance, and support
Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 11 operating systems
Basic networking knowledge (e.g., connectivity, IP configuration, troubleshooting)

Preferred Qualifications

CompTIA Security+ certification, IT-related degree, or equivalent work experience
Experience managing and supporting printer servers
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
