Compensation
Pay for Full Time: $40K+ per year (dependent on experience); 401k + 4% match, health/dental/vision, performance bonuses, unlimited continued education opportunities and training from experienced and highly credentialed CSCS/DPTs.

Part Time positions also available.

What you will get out of this job is invaluable. Work alongside DPTs, learn sports/orthopedic rehab, gain patient-care experience, learn exercise progression and movement, mentorship for future PT/healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities typically include:
Work directly with patients during therapist-directed exercise, coach technique within the PT's plan, prepare equipment, keep the clinic moving, greet and engage patients, help create a welcoming environment, clinic organization/cleaning.

What we're looking for in a person: Extremely personable, attentive, dependable, comfortable talking to people, genuinely interested in helping patients, comfortable around exercise, willing to learn, able to take initiative.

Preferred Background: Personal training, coaching, strength & conditioning, Exercise Science/Kinesiology, gym experience, athletics, customer service or hospitality, pre-physical therapy, physical therapy aide, sports rehabilitation, sports medicine, exercise coaching, patient care, customer service, fitness, healthcare, orthopedic rehabilitation and movement science.

Culture: Small sports-oriented private practice; team environment; patients should feel known and cared for rather than processed through a high-volume clinic.
