Compensation & Flexible Schedule

• Competitive Pay: $17.75 per hour
• Predictable Rotation: Balanced 2-week rotating schedule.
• Guaranteed Weekends: Enjoy 2 full weekends off every single month.
• Shift Variations: Includes 6:00 AM3:00 PM, 10:00 AM7:00 PM, and 9:30 AM6:30 PM.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and serve high-quality, balanced meals for eager students.
• Maintain top-tier food safety and sanitation standards.
• Help educate young adults about nutrition and healthy habits.
• Collaborate with a dynamic culinary team to keep operations smooth.
• Keep a spotless, organized workspace to ensure a safe environment.

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid, current driver's license.
• A true passion for mentoring and supporting young adults.
• Basic knowledge of food prep and kitchen safety.
• A reliable team player with a contagiously positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk on your feet for up to 8 hours daily.
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry 30 to 50 lbs.
