Capital Equipment Sales Engineer

NuTek Machinery — which imports, sells, and services premium European woodworking machinery (Ott, KRC CNC, Omaksan, and Jowi) — is hiring a Capital Equipment Sales Engineer based in Bedford, OH. You will grow sales of our machinery to cabinet, furniture, and millwork manufacturers, selling both directly and through our dealer network. This is a consultative, technical sales role that spans first contact through quote, close, and installation. What you will do: Develop new business with cabinet, furniture, and millwork manufacturers and manage a healthy pipeline across your territory. Conduct plant visits and needs assessments, and specify the right edgebanders, CNC routers, and boring/drilling centers for each application. Prepare quotes, proposals, and ROI justifications, and negotiate and close orders. Run machine demonstrations and represent NuTek at trade shows such as IWF and AWFS. Support and grow the dealer and distributor channel. What we are looking for: Proven B2B sales experience; capital-equipment or industrial-machinery sales strongly preferred. Mechanical and technical aptitude, with a consultative, solution-oriented selling style. Willingness to travel the territory and to trade shows, including overnight trips. Valid driver license and U.S. work authorization.
