Position:Accountant Location:Nashua, NH Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We have design, sales, and manufacturing locations globally and are currently seeking an Accountant to join our team located in Nashua, NH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, account analysis, and preparation of supporting schedules. Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, resolve outstanding items, and ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies. Support monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. Maintain Microsoft Dynamics AX and BPC financial structures, reporting hierarchies, financial dimensions, exchange rates, and related system configurations. Develop, maintain, and automate recurring financial reports and reconciliation tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting consistency. Manage the monthly transfer, validation, and reconciliation of financial data between Microsoft Dynamics AX and BPC to ensure data integrity and support month end close process. Prepare audit documentation and provide supporting information for internal and external audit requests. Assist with maintaining internal controls and SOX compliance requirements. Partner with Finance, Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Corporate Accounting to resolve accounting issues and support business operations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support special projects to enhance accounting processes and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance CPA certification or progress towards CPA preferred 2-4 years of accounting or finance experience in a public accounting firm or commercial environment Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or other ERP systems preferred Intermediate to advances Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, and data analysis Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Amphenol Corporation is proud of our reputation as an excellent employer.
