ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Must live within a 45 commute to East Brunswick, NJ

FULL-TIME POSITION, Monday – Friday
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for construction project management and coordination of projects from inception to completion. This position is also responsible for ensuring that the client's requirements regarding the functionality and standards are met and ensuring that that the construction project is concluded successfully by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

MUST HAVE:
- Experience with pre-cast or tilt-up concrete construction of industrial warehouse “big-box” buildings
- Experience with site work sub-contractors and underground utility contractors
- Experience in participating in 'big-box' construction (over 50,000SF)
- Ability to interpret a full set of design/build plans
- Experience managing/participating in a project of value exceeding 5M
- Experience conducting progress meetings with owners and subcontractors
- Experience with bidding process, analysis / awarding contracts to sub-contractor
- Experience working with ProCore is highly desired
