Home Time: Drivers typically are out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although some drivers may be out for two-week stretches. The schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is meticulously maintained and no older than three years, featuring models such as Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner. All vehicles are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their trucks and trailers home under secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize time spent at docks.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily covering areas east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first month following 60 days of employment, alongside vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.
