We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations and create a welcoming, organized environment for employees and visitors in Spokane, Washington. This is a contract position focused on keeping shared spaces running smoothly, coordinating front desk activities, and providing dependable administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Keep office inventory at appropriate levels by tracking and replenishing supplies, refreshments, and kitchen essentials.

• Maintain clean, orderly common areas and help ensure the workplace remains presentable throughout the day.

• Coordinate conference room usage and arrange spaces to support meetings, training sessions, and group gatherings.

• Support the Procurement team with basic fulfillment activities, including preparing items and assisting with outgoing shipments when needed.

• Oversee incoming and outgoing mail distribution to help maintain efficient office communication.

• Handle scheduling requests for meals, travel arrangements, and meeting accommodations on behalf of team leadership.

• Provide front desk coverage by greeting guests, answering inbound calls, and directing inquiries through a multi-line phone system

• Experience in front desk, reception, or office coordination work within a detail-oriented setting.
• Ability to manage inbound calls and operate a multi-line phone system with professionalism and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple administrative and facility-related tasks at once.
• Comfortable supporting meeting logistics, visitor coordination, and general office hospitality needs.
• Capable of lifting, moving, or organizing routine office and kitchen supplies as part of daily operations.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach when assisting staff, guests, and leadership.
• Reliable time management and attention to detail in maintaining schedules, inventory, and shared spaces.
