We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us.Job Summary:Why This Role MattersLead Product Innovation: Be at the forefront of developing and integrating advanced GPU systems and rack-scale solutions that power cloud providers, hyperscalers, and data center infrastructure worldwide.Impactful Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to bring game-changing products to market and directly influence customer success.Drive Strategy: Own the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for Supermicro’s core server product families, turning market insights into breakthrough solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:What You'll DoTechnical Product Development:Leverage the deep technical expertise to define clear product requirements based on customer needs, industry trends, and business goals across key verticals.Partner with sales teams and Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to understand market demands, contribute to RFPs and SOWs, and uncover new business opportunities.Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional R&D teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.Customer Engagement & Presentation:Deliver technical presentations and whitepapers to showcase Supermicro’s technological expertise.Build proof-of-concept solutions that exceed customer business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product TTM.Research & Innovation:Stay ahead of emerging technologies in servers, GPUs, AI, and data center infrastructure to identify new product opportunities and create forward-thinking proofs of concept.Qualifications:What You'll BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in L10 system/server or L11 Rack Level preferred.Strong knowledge of Enterprise and Data Center server architecture; networking expertise is a plus.Proven experience in technical presales or product marketing.Background in developing server products (hardware, firmware, or software) is an advantage.Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to engage customers and drive adoption.Strong Inclination towards collaboration and the capacity to work seamlessly with cross functional teams.Preferred Skills:Ability to present Supermicro’s corporate brand, product messaging, and solutions effectively.Experience designing proof-of-concept solutions tailored to customer needs.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to execute the plan and successfully launching products in the fast-pacing tech industry.Salary Range​$155,000 - $185,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
