You will analyse various data sets related to student performance, enrolment, and school operations to help guide strategic decision-making and enhance the educational experience for our students. Responsibilities Collect, interpret, and analyse data from various sources, including student information systems, academic assessments, and financial records. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to track key performance indicators for school leadership and faculty. Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to provide clear and actionable insights. Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to understand their data needs and support their objectives. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data through routine quality checks and data cleansing procedures. Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations for school improvement and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualisation platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences. A proactive and independent worker who can also collaborate effectively within a team environment. Experience within the education sector or a non-profit organisation would be considered an advantage. An appreciation for the mission and values of a Christian educational institution.
