As an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, you'll meet with clients virtually and help them work through concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, and major life changes.Your focus will be on understanding each client's needs, providing thoughtful therapy, and helping them move toward realistic treatment goals. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule and is a good fit for a clinician who values strong client relationships, sound clinical judgment, and dependable care.ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients through secure virtual therapy sessionsComplete assessments to better understand each client's concerns, history, and goalsCreate treatment plans that reflect individual needs and prioritiesUse appropriate therapeutic approaches to support progress over timeCheck in on treatment goals and make adjustments when neededKeep progress notes and other clinical records accurate and up to dateRespond appropriately to safety or risk concerns that may arise during careMaintain client confidentiality and follow New Mexico licensing, ethical, and professional standards
