Summary As a Sales Commission Stylist you will deliver personalized styling and sales support on the retail floor, focused on building client relationships and meeting commission-based sales goals. You will provide expert product recommendations and create an elevated shopping experience through styling consultations and follow-up. This role requires a customer-first approach and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule. Responsibilities Engage customers on the sales floor to understand needs and provide styling advice. Drive sales and achieve individual commission targets through consultative selling. Build and maintain a clientele through follow-up and personalized service. Process transactions accurately and handle cash and credit procedures as required. Maintain visual presentation and floor merchandising standards. Collaborate with the team to support inventory replenishment and loss prevention. Requirements Proven retail sales or styling experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
