Reliable. What You Will Do In This Role In this role you will be responsible for projects from initiation to close, making sure the work gets done efficiently while meeting the project goals. From creating an accurate timeline of project completion to ensuring tasks are finished within the confines of the assignment, the project manager must remain aware of how the project is progressing. Organization and follow‑through are essential to your success. You will need to coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. The Project Manager will report to the EVP, Business Optimization, Systems & Finance. Responsibilities Drive projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders (internal and external), keeping open lines of communication to include providing day‑to‑day contact on project status and changes. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and elevate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan. Create timely reports and/or presentations as required by Management on each project. Management of integrated software‑based solutions such as ADO, Smartsheet, and others. Manage multiple projects in the software with keen accuracy and in a comprehensive, and timely manner. Exhibit adaptability and problem‑solving to keep control of projects. Evaluate project performance upon completion. Required Skills/Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university in business or a related field. At least 5 years project management experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive communication skills. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Adaptability to work effectively across diverse and cross‑functional teams under critical timelines while maintaining business continuity. Strong initiative, accountability, and attention to detail.
