Redlands Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee initiatives that promote emotional, mental, financial and logistical support for staff, focusing on preventing burnout and reducing stress. You will provide counseling, organize wellness sessions, foster peer support, and coordinate referrals and trauma support.
