Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Telemetry Location Sanford, NC Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care while leveraging their expertise in nursing practices. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages. Monitor vital signs and manage patient assessments. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR). Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in patient and family education. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant nursing experience. Current RN license to practice in North Carolina. Required certifications: BLS, CPI/HWC/MAB, NIH. MST experience preferred.
