Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of our firm.Responsibilities- Leading strategic data and analytics initiatives to drive informed decision-making for clients- Developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to provide strategic insights and support client operations- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address data challenges- Overseeing the deployment of scalable data visualization and analytics solutions- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across data and analytics teams- Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics frameworks- Identifying opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving business performance- Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex problems and achieve strategic goals- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client projectsWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 7 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT)- Utilizing advanced data analysis and interpretation skills- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities- Leading teams through complex and ambiguous situations- Developing and implementing continuous process improvement strategies- Excelling in stakeholder engagement and relationship buildingTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
