Come join our passionate, fast-growing team and be a part of the Moss legacy.We are looking to hire HVAC Residential Installers to join our growing team.Job Description:Install all types of HVAC equipment including replacement of existing, remodel and new residential installationsInstallation and modification of duct systems, piping systems, control wiring and other HVAC related componentsWork as in a team or solo to complete projects without direct supervisionCommunicate and work alongside customers and other construction tradesReceive and complete work orders and maintain accurate records on material and labor usage on jobs through electronic handheld devicesInspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are cleanMaintain inventory of company-owned tools, equipment, and materials including maintaining refrigerant usage records to meet federal requirementsWork in and outside the DFW area as required, per diem included when out of the DFW area overnightRequirements:High school or equivalentClear and valid driver's licenseEPA type 1 and 2TDLR technician registrationResidential HVAC experience: 2 years for helper, 5 years for lead installerHVAC Trade School degree a plusExperience in other trades is a plusWhat you get from working at Moss:An incredible culture built on our core valuesCompetitive pay and solid benefitsOn-site fitness center, basketball and pickleball courts and personal trainingAwesome clients and great projectsBenefits offered:Medical, dental and vision coverageMultiple health plan options401(k) with a company matchPaid time off
