Job Title: Logistics Associate

Location: Fremont, CA

Duration: 06 Months

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)

About the Role

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Logistics Associate I to join the WHS Operations Department (USFF02). This role supports warehouse operations during a peak period, ensuring accurate order fulfilment, inventory control, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, stage, scale, and load customer orders using RF gun technology.
• Prepare all required documentation for internal and external shipments.
• Monitor and maintain operating supplies; notify supervisor when reordering is needed.
• Perform clean up and light maintenance duties to uphold housekeeping standards.
• Support audit readiness through consistent housekeeping efforts.
• Participate in company training programs (Work Instructions, SOPs, policies, safety).
• Attend departmental meetings and performance centers.
• Conduct daily cycle counts using RF gun and assist with inventory reconciliation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education : High School Diploma or GED.

Experience : Minimum 2 years of GMP warehouse experience.

Skills :

• Ability to learn and apply SOPs, WIs, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow multi step processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation (multiple warehouse sites).
• Computer proficiency for data entry, RF transactions, and information retrieval.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rounding).
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing assignments.
• Team oriented mindset with attention to detail, safety, and quality.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, shrink bundlers, strapping machines, conveyors, etc.).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with SAP or equivalent systems.

Physical Demands

• Regularly lift/move up to 20 lbs.
• Frequently lift/move up to 40 lbs.
• Occasionally lift/move up to 60 lbs. (with assistance).
