Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility, Stanley, NC Full‑time position in a skilled nursing facility located in Stanley, North Carolina. New graduates are encouraged to apply. The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats residents under orders from a physician, utilizing a variety of therapeutic procedures and assistive devices designed to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a resident’s life. The role includes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals. Educate and support residents and their families regarding treatment goals and progress.
