URGENT ROLE
Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager
Location: Salt Lake Utah Onsite- must be local or ready to relocate
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and deliver Salesforce implementations and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud . The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, and experience in managing cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
- Salesforce Expertise:
- Oversee configuration and customization of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud .
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development and deployment.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects.
- Quality Assurance:
- Validate solutions against business requirements.
- Conduct UAT and ensure smooth deployment.
- Compliance & Security:
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, especially in healthcare contexts (HIPAA, etc.).
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce project management.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud .
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Health Cloud Accreditation
- Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in healthcare domain and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud.
