Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager


Location: Salt Lake Utah Onsite- must be local or ready to relocate

Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and deliver Salesforce implementations and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud . The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, and experience in managing cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
• Salesforce Expertise:
  • Oversee configuration and customization of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud .
  • Ensure best practices in Salesforce development and deployment.
  • Work closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Validate solutions against business requirements.
  • Conduct UAT and ensure smooth deployment.
• Compliance & Security:
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, especially in healthcare contexts (HIPAA, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce project management.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud .
• Certifications (Preferred):
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Health Cloud Accreditation
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in healthcare domain and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud.
