Assist with market research studies and analysis including benchmarking, financial reporting, and surveys. Apply advanced analytical and technical skills (such as SQL, Python, Power BI) for comparing basic, complex and differing specifications and solutions. Assist in maintaining planning documentation. Identify issues and take responsibility for resolution; demonstrate the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem-solving. Support systems and processes in accordance with established procedures and controls with minimum direction. Provide information and assistance in the development of presentations. Understand the components of the organization and its stakeholders and act as a primary point of contact and knowledge for issues.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Design, write, and optimize complex queries spanning multiple data marts and tables to extract, join, and reconcile data from disparate source systems.Design and build warehouse tables that serve as accurate, well-structured foundations for downstream reporting and analysis.Apply Python to support data transformation, process automation, and analytical workflows.Leverage artificial intelligence tools and techniques to enhance the speed, quality, and depth of data analysis and reporting.Connect and integrate data from multiple sources to build polished, executive-ready Power BI dashboards.Partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate business questions into well-structured data models and visualizations.Proactively investigate underlying data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Finance, Accounting, or related field of study such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology. In addition, must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and Fleet or related business category such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology.In lieu of Bachelor’s degree must possess an Associate’s Degree in related field of study, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Fleet or related business category such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology.In lieu of Associate’s degree must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Fleet or related business category such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology..OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Physical demand level is SedentaryUnderstand the components of the organization and its stakeholders.Possess teamworking skills such as collaboration, commitment, active listening and acknowledgement; have the ability to identify stakeholders.Seek to broaden knowledge in areas of the company and industry which will complement acquired expertise.Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills.Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior and support the Company's Corporate Code of Conduct.Demonstrate moderate level of knowledge of MS-Office skills.Compensation DataCompensation Grade:SP20-006Compensation Range:$74,551.00 - $93,188.50The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
