You’ll walk into a home, diagnose the issue, communicate a clear plan, and deliver a finished result that looks great and lasts. We handle finding jobs, estimating, scheduling, insurance, accounting, and other administrative tasks so you can focus on what you do best: the craft. What You’ll Work On Primarily residential repair, renovations, and improvement projects. Most common work includes: Drywall repair – patching, blending, tape/mud, clean finish work Interior painting – walls, trim, touch‑ups, cut‑in work, clean lines Carpentry & trim – baseboards, casing, minor framing, repairs, deck resurfacing Door installs & repairs – slabs, pre‑hungs, hardware, adjustments Punch lists – realtor requests, make‑ready work, home sale prep General repairs – troubleshooting, problem‑solving, small installs Pay, Benefits & Perks

• 24–$35/hr total compensation (base pay + performance bonuses) – based on experience
• 40/day stipend ($200/week) – paid weekly on top of your hourly rate to cover tools and/or vehicle expenses
