Position Community Support Professional (CSP) Compensation $15.70–$18.95 Hours Flexible/Variable – Full time, part time and per diem schedules available. Responsibilities Being flexible with scheduling based on individual's needs Self‑motivated, creative and willing to work autonomously Providing transportation when necessary to/from individual's home and community‑based activities, appointments, etc. Documenting services provided as outlined in individual's service plan Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED (in lieu of diploma/equivalent, a passing score as outlined on standardized tests may be accepted) Valid NYS driver’s license which meets agency guidelines Basic computer skills required, access to a mobile device necessary and access to a home computer beneficial Previous experience in ID/DD field preferred Disclaimer The above job description is intended to describe the nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job role.
