Warehouse Opportunities
NECIC Staffing is currently accepting applications for upcoming warehouse opportunities in the Wooster area. These opportunities may include order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and general warehouse support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare shipments for delivery
- Load and unload trucks
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (for qualified candidates)
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for all positions
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour (based on experience and position)
- Schedule: First Shift
- Full-time hours
- Overtime may be available
