The Full Time Production Assistant builds and maintains Lancaster Archery Manufacturing inventory levels to fulfill incoming orders.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assemble and package all Lancaster Archery Manufacturing products
• Maintain inventory to quickly fulfill orders
• Maintain inventory levels and submit quarterly inventory reports

Other Duties:
• Assist Production and Fletching Departments
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
• Basic Computer skills
• Experience with hand tools
• Strong mathematical abilities and problem resolution skills
• Able to work in fast paced environment and adapt to frequently changing priorities
• Able to work independently and in a team

The pay range for this role is:

16 - 16 USD per hour (Leola)
