What You'll Do Every Day:

Create Wonder-Filled Learning Experiences:

• Design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that make learning feel like play
• Guide children through language, literacy, early math, and science discoveries
• Foster social-emotional development through positive relationship building
• Observe and assess each child's unique developmental progress
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that spark curiosity and creativity

Build a Thriving Classroom Community:

• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels valued
• Establish routines that help children feel secure and confident
• Create displays and learning centers that inspire exploration and decision-making
• Collaborate with families to support each child's individual growth
• Ensure all health, safety, and licensing standards are exceeded

What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

• Meet local childcare regulatory requirements
• Experience working in licensed early childhood programs preferred
• Understanding of child development from infancy through pre-kindergarten
• Physical ability to actively engage with children (lifting up to 35 lbs.)
• ECE/Lead Teacher credentials required

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus Eligibility:

This position is eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid in two installments: • $333.33 will be paid on the paycheck following 30 days of active employment • $666.67 will be paid on the paycheck following 6 months of active employment Employees must remain actively employed and in good standing at the time each installment is processed in order to receive payment.
