• Flexible scheduling managed by Director of Women's Services
• Call from home; 1:6 call ratio with goal to reach 1:8
• 2 clinic shifts per week Monday - Friday plus 2 hospital shifts per week
• Hospital shifts are 12-hour shifts totaling 24 hours per week
• Join a team of 4 OB-GYNs, 8 midwives, and 2 NPs at an FQHC
• Approximately 2,000 deliveries per year across two hospital locations
• Over one month of paid vacation, 9 paid holidays, and generous pension plan
