Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: As the Restaurant General Manager you'll drive our success, and we'll reward you with professional development and ongoing opportunities to develop your career with a global leader. The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the selection, development, and performance of the front-of-house hospitality staff. It is your responsibility to make sure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. You will be the primary “go-to” for the entire operations of the restaurant, meaning you have to be available to your team while staying on top of the operating functions of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

· The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity.
· The Restaurant General Manager MUST BE strong at multi-tasking, detail oriented, and ability to focus on the finest of details.
· Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant General Manager
· The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant General Manager.
· This position requires a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Restaurant General Manager
