Our ownership team has nearly 20 years of experience building and scaling successful businesses, and we've developed proven systems, processes, and marketing campaigns that generate a steady flow of qualified prospects.

We're looking for a sales professional who is equally comfortable writing persuasive emails and closing deals over the phone. If you enjoy turning warm leads into customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through our email marketing campaigns
• Build rapport with prospective clients through email and phone conversations
• Write professional, persuasive emails that move prospects through the sales process
• Conduct discovery calls to understand each prospect's needs
• Present our services and recommend the best solution
• Follow up consistently using a combination of email and phone
• Close new business and achieve monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in our CRM
• Make outbound calls to re-engage prospects or follow up on prior inquiries

Compensation

• $1,000 per week base salary
• Uncapped commission
• Significant earning potential for top performers

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in B2B sales, inside sales, or account management
• Strong closing skills with a demonstrated ability to convert opportunities into customers
• Excellent written communication skills—you can write emails that are clear, professional, and persuasive
• Confident and professional on the phone with business owners and decision-makers
• Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and opportunities simultaneously
• CRM experience is a plus

This is an in-office position. Candidates should expect to work from our North Palm Beach office Monday through Friday.
