Step into a rewarding, contract-based opportunity shaping young lives as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. Serving a diverse caseload near Guin, AL, you’ll support and empower students—from energetic preschoolers to engaged middle and high schoolers—by helping them achieve communication milestones and educational success.

Candidates for this position will work across two nearby sites, with three total schools (middle and high sharing a campus). The caseload is thoughtfully structured: while you’ll provide related services to approximately 55–60 students, you’ll maintain primary file responsibility for just 8 key cases, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity and build deeper relationships with the students who need you most.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Alabama SLP or SLPA license required
• Experience or familiarity with IEPs and special education processes highly valued
• Comfort working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• CFY SLPs are encouraged to apply!

Position Overview:

• Start date: ASAP
• Contract extends through May 28, 2027
• Full-time: 37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday
• Primarily preschool caseload, with some middle and high school students

Compensation & Benefits: Compensation for SLPs ranges from $40–$45 per hour, and for SLPAs from $30–$35 per hour based on experience.
