Benefits 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Position Summary Location: Rembert, South Carolina Employment Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week) Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday: 2pm-9pm, Friday 2pm-8pm Pay: $28-$30 Best Care Home Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one private duty care for a pediatric client in the home setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with medically fragile children and be comfortable managing respiratory support, including tracheostomy care and oxygen therapy. Responsibilities Provide direct, individualized nursing care in the patient’s home Monitor and document vital signs, including oxygen saturation and heart rate Administer prescribed medications accurately and on schedule Perform tracheostomy care, including cleaning and maintenance Provide suctioning as needed to maintain airway patency Administer respiratory treatments, including albuterol treatments Monitor oxygen therapy and ensure proper equipment function Observe and report any changes in the patient’s condition to the physician and supervisor Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided Educate and support family members as appropriate Follow all agency policies, procedures, and safety protocols Requirements Current SC RN or LPN license (verified and maintained in good standing) Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience (especially with trach and oxygen-dependent patients) Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized patient care plans Conduct assessments, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient health CPR/BLS certification (Required) Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and communication skills Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Reliable, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care Additional Notes All nursing services are subject to supervision and compliance per SCDHHS guidelines What We Offer Flexible scheduling (day/evening/weekend shifts available) Supportive team environment Opportunity to truly make a difference in patients’ lives #J-18808-Ljbffr
