Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology/Hematology We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic oncology and hematology care team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-paced work environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients diagnosed with oncologic and hematologic conditions. Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments safely and effectively. Monitor patient responses and manage side effects related to cancer therapies. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, side effect management, and supportive care resources. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standards. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy certification (or obtained upon hire). Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment, preferably in oncology or hematology. Strong patient focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. This role is based in a high-paced clinical setting where timely and effective care delivery is essential.
