Wound Care Nurse Practitioner - Hillsboro, Oregon Job#16757277 Join a busy privately-owned dermatology practice in northern Oregon dedicated to expert wound management and patient-centered healing. The Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role involves conducting thorough wound assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, performing debridement and specialized procedures, educating patients on care techniques, collaborating with dermatologists on multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining detailed electronic records. Competitive compensation package offered. 5+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner 3+ years of experience as a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Proficiency in wound assessment and debridement techniques Experience with advanced dressings and dermatological wound conditions Strong interpersonal skills for patient education and team collaboration Active state NP license and DEA registration Northern Oregon features engaging recreation like biking on scenic trails and nearby coastal visits.
