o Part-time Day Shift (7am - 7:30pm)

Staffing Resources (Float between Raybrook, Breton and Faith Hospice)

Atrio Home Care

Home Care LPN:

o Full-time and Part-time opportunities

o Provide in-home nursing visits throughout the Greater Grand Rapids area

Atrio Help at Home

Home Care LPN:

o Part-time opportunities

o In-home nursing visits throughout the Greater Grand Rapids area

Faith Hospice

LPN Response Nurse:

o Weekdays 2p-10p or weekend coverage 8a-8p
