About the Position

Job Title

Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days (5x8 Hours, 8:00–16:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Maintain a patient caseload ratio of 1:6
• Float between units within the facility as needed
• Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health records
• Participate in weekend coverage on a rotating basis (approximately one weekend per month)
• Commit to working a portion of designated holidays as required by the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist state license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Ability to work rotating weekends and required holidays
• Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Acute care occupational therapy experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital or inpatient rehab unit
