Head Volleyball Coach

Overview St. Luke’s School seeks a dynamic, dedicated, and inspiring Head JV Volleyball Coach to lead our volleyball program. The Head Coach will serve as a mentor and role model for student-athletes, guiding them to grow not only in their athletic abilities but also in character, resilience, and leadership. This individual will support the educational mission of the school while cultivating a program that promotes integrity, excellence, and teamwork. Qualifications Strong communicator with students, parents, alumni, and administration Desire and ability to continue to grow and cultivate the program as one of the region’s best Passion for the sport of volleyball and for developing, leading, mentoring, and inspiring student-athletes Passion for working with and inspiring student-athletes Strong knowledge and experience within the sport of volleyball Taking the lead in practice planning, game planning, and communicating these plans with student-athletes and coaches Help to manage equipment inventory for the team in conjunction with athletic administration Work with our athletic training staff to ensure the health and safety of all student-athletes at all times Perform all other duties as assigned by Athletic Director St. Luke’s School is an equal opportunity employer.
