HVAC Inventory and Customer Service Associate

We are seeking an HVAC Inventory and Customer Service Associate to join a global manufacturing leader, supporting product stocking and customer interactions in Albuquerque.
This contract role involves managing inventory through forklift operation and stocking Lennox-branded and HVAC-related products. You will also engage with customers to assess their needs and provide product recommendations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

- LOCATION: Albuquerque, NM 87107
- POSITION: Contract
- SCHEDULE : 7:30am to 4:30am M-F
- PAY RANGE: $20.00
Responsibilities
- Operate forklift to assist with unloading and inventory management.
- Maintain proper stocking of Lennox-branded and HVAC-related products and supplies.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services under supervision.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers.
- Follow all safety, health, security, and environmental protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Forklift experience required.
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft applications.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- General HVAC knowledge required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
