Patient Financial Navigator

One Brooklyn Health System Inc. is seeking a Financial Counselor to support the Financial Investigation Department across OBH locations. You will interview patients, screen for third-party coverage or Medicaid, estimate balances due, and offer payment arrangements, while maintaining confidentiality and patient focus.
